We currently only offer design anywhere in the United States.
For our virtual designs, we deliver a complete design within 5 weeks based off of market research and ideal guest data. Our full service designs are also delivered in 5 weeks while the procurement and installation portions lasting an average of an additional 5-6 weeks based on scope of work.
No problem! I walk you through the whole process from discovery call to final design. We start all working relationships with a discovery call where we discuss expectations, goals for your property, communication guidelines, and our individual roles.
Our fees start at $997 for virtual design and $9500 for full service. Please keep in mind this is just for design. You will also need to budget for furniture, wall paint, wallpaper, etc. Generally, we recommend budgeting around $5000-$6000 per room but this of course varies based on property size and goals.
As part of our questionnaire, we have you specify which pieces you would like to keep and we do our best to incorporate these items. However, if they do not work with the overall design, we will make recommendations for how to proceed.
We recognize the need for vacation rental furniture to withstand wear and tear but also be budget-conscious. We source from places like Wayfair, Target, Amazon, Etsy, West Elm, Article, etc. This allows us to have a quicker turnaround time to get your listing up and running while also ensuring item availability. We carefully comb through reviews and make sure we select quality.
While we specialize in bold short term rental designs, we do love to take on residential, commercial, or boutique hotel opportunities. If this is you, please make sure to indicate this on your questionnaire.
How it works
gathering phase
Once we've signed the contract and the deposit is paid, we get to work on measuring the space, gathering information, and conducting research on your market and ideal guest.
design phase
We take all of the gathered space information, inspiration, and market data and create a design curated just for your ideal guest. This is then presented to you complete with floor plans, theme, color palette, Instagram-worthy backgrounds, and mood boards.
procurement
You'll receive a detailed shopping guide with clickable links, or I'll handle the procurement based on our service agreement. Everything will be organized in a beautiful, easy-to-reference PDF.
styling phase
Detailed styling tips will be included in your e-design or PDF or I will handle the styling and we will ensure that everything goes in its place.
final reveal & new listing photos
Time to unveil the transformation and take beautiful new listing photos that match the aesthetic we landed on and allow the details to pop off of the page, attracting your ideal guest.
follow up
A few months after completion, I'll check in to address any last-minute questions or concerns and ensure your space is still performing as expected.
